1978 - 1981 Firebird AM / FM Cassette Stereo Radio, Original GM Used

Real vintage factory radio for your 1978 - 1981 Firebird or Trans Am. Works great for all 78 - 81 models. This is the AM - FM Cassette Stereo Radio. Currently available as an original GM used item only. The one you will receive will be the one pictured. Radio plays great, cassette will insert and eject but would not play. We didn't mess with the cassette function but confident it could be repaired if you choose. Radio sounds great ! Includes original GM radio bezel, new side mounting bracket, both knobs and back fillers.

*Please Note ~ Wiring plug in connectors can vary from year to year. This radio was removed from a 1979. Depending on the year model of your car and your cars particular factory radio option you will have to adapt or improvise if the plug in is different than what is shown in the pictures.

Currently available as original GM used only. The one you will receive will be the one in the pictures. Just came from a 30 year GM parts collection. Unit looks great and lights up sounds wonderful.

*This radio (not cassette function) was tested and working as it should. Being sold as is though because there are so many shops with untrained installers. Please make sure this is the radio you want and need as used radios are non-refundable.
