Firebird Rear Axle Pinion Yoke Drive Shaft "U" Bolt Mounting Set

New correct design " U " bolt style mounts required to install your drive shaft U joint at the rear end axle. Because so many rear ends have been changed, rebuilt or altered, please make sure this is the version you need. The design goes through your non-threaded rear end yoke and you put a nut on the back side for mounting. From center to center measures about 1 and 3/8 inches. Includes; 2 U bolts, four nuts, and four lock washers.

*Fits non threaded yokes similar to pictured below with gap for U-bolt securing nuts:

67-69 10 bolt 8.2 rears used U bolt style = TRA-779 (some 67-69 Firebirds require a larger diameter U Bolt)
70-81 10 bolt 8.5 rears used strap style = TRA-778

69-70 12 bolt 8.75 rears used strap style = TRA-778
