1970 Trans Am Ram Air 3 Cleaner Base Single Snorkel with Correct Domed Lid

New reproduction single snorkel air cleaner breather for your 1970 Firebird Trans Am. Correct 2 tabs on the side to accept your 70 functional hood scoop assembly. Includes correct domed air filter lid. Features the heat diaphragm on the snorkel with proper Auto Therm AC text. Replaces GM part number # 6486668. Fits 70 Trans Am Ram Air 3 models with 400 engines. A blessing to have as originals are almost impossible to find.

Use with Air Cleaner FILTER Part # AIR-2059C, available separately

Please Note ~ These air cleaner assemblies usually will have some minor dings, slight imperfections, paint flaws or scratches. They can be scuffed and re-painted with ease. Please make sure you can live with minor issues like described before ordering.

Please Note ~ Works great for all Pontiac V8 engines with a 4 barrel Quadrajet carburetor and a stock height intake. Some Holley, Edelbrock, etc. aftermarket carbs may need modification or the fuel line drop down fitting.
