1967 - 1981 Firebird Heater Core, without Air Conditioning, Aluminum

New aluminum heater core for your Firebird. Fits all 67 - 81 models without factory installed Air Conditioning. Replace your old or leaking heater core for your Firebird today.

Core measurements are 9-1/2" X 6" X 2" which is factory correct for 1969 up models. If you are using this in an original 1967-1968 under dash heater box you will have to adjust for the 1/2 inch thickness difference.

Important: This heater core will work in your 67 or 68 Firebird, but may require a spacer to fit it securely. Factory 67 and 68 under dash heater core housings are intended for a 2 1/2 inch thick heater core.

Fits: 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80 and 81 Firebird models without A/C

A GREEN 50/50 Coolant mix is recommended. ORANGE or YELLOW based coolants are known to eat away at the aluminum much quicker and will void any warranty.
