1967 - 1969 Pontiac Firebird COLD-CASE Aluminum Radiator for Manual Transmission
This 1967 - 1969 Pontiac Firebird COLD-CASE radiator is Tig welded, 100% Aluminum and absolutely beautiful. Don't buy a 3 or 4 row aluminum radiator! It doesn't cool as good as the new oversize 2 row models with 1.25" cores, better flow and higher cooling rate. This radiator is original appearing and has the more original style side tanks. Awesome quality radiator at an awesome price!
Firebird Central highly recommends this for anyone looking for a high quality direct fit 67-69 Firebird Radiator. We have used this in our own builds and have been more than satisfied... Firebird Central Approved!

Cold Case radiators vs. the competition.
Cold Case welds are on the inside of the tank instead of the outside. Also note the ability to install an original looking radiator cap on Cold Case Models
Our Cold-Case radiators are 42.7 % lighter than a comparable copper radiator but have 30% more material thickness than the cheaply made no-name radiators.
Fluids enter the radiator by water pump pressure, but also pass through the radiator by gravity. Therefore, in most situations, there are always hot and cold spots in traditional radiators.
Cold Case Dual or Tri Flow* designed radiators more evenly distributes the fluid eliminating hot and cold spots. Look for the Dual or Tri-Flow symbols on your favorite radiator.
(Top/bottom tank radiators physically can't utilize dual flow and must have offset inlet and outlets to make tri-flow possible. Therefore the availability of Tri-Flow in Top/Bottom tank radiators is limited.)
