Description   1968 Firebird Dual Snorkel Air Cleaner with Chrome Lid for Standard Non Ram Air, 6424827 New chrome lid air cleaner assembly for 68 standard non ram air models. Includes dual snorkel base, filter, and chrome lid. Lid measures right at 17 inches diameter. Fits 1968 Firebird with a four barrel carburetor. *Please note ~ This air cleaner can be used on most 67-69 models. Will not work with high rise aftermarket intakes. Will not work with 1970 and newer carburetors with the big forward vent pipe unless you drill a hole.
