Description   1980 - 1981 Turbo Trans Am AC Main Air Conditioning Hose, 4.9 301 Turbo This compressor hose assembly is for all 1980-81 4.9 301 Turbo equipped Trans-Am & Formula only. This is the hose assembly that bolts to the back of the "pancake" style R4 compressor, connecting it to the accumulator located remotely on the right-hand fender-well and the top fitting of the condenser in front of the radiator support. American made of all new components, including barrier hose that is compatible with both R12 & 134a refrigerants. Note: 1980 Turbo equipped models use an additional hose that connects the evaporator outlet fitting to the accumulator inlet fitting. (See our part #13-622).
