Description   1976 - 1981 Firebird 5 Leaf Multi Leaf Springs Pair Premium Quality These springs have a tapered leaf and rolled edges with an anti-friction pad between each leaf to help provide a smooth ride. Rolled ends gradually decrease in thickness. The reduced thickness at the ends allow for increased flexibility of the leaf end, resulting in reduced stress and interleaf friction. Rolled ends produce the smoothest acting spring. *Please Note ~ From the factory NO Firebirds or Trans Ams had 5 leaf rear springs. Several guys and gals have and want 5 leafs. So if you want your car to sit a little higher in the rear end, try these USA made excellent quality rear springs. ~ Please make sure the rear end you plan on using has multi leaf perches so you will have a proper install.
