Description   1970 - 1976 Firebird Steering Column, NON-TILT Floor Shift, GM Original Rebuilt Original style GM rebuilt steering column for your Firebird or Trans Am. Exact fit for all 1970 - 1976 models. This column is restored to show quality condition and comes painted the correct black color shade. Turn signal lever and ignition key switch are NOT included. *Note ~ The firewall mounting plate will be bent slightly for shipping purposes. Gently bend back to shape when installing. *Note ~ Some 1976 cars have a 13 pin steering column wiring harness connector. Please double check your wiring as this column will have an 11 pin harness connector. *Please double check your steering column shaft. This is the shaft that goes from your steering column to the steering gear box. Over the years many cars have had column swaps. This column will only work with steering shafts that have a spline mount and outside securing bolt.
