Description   1969 Trans Am Hood Scoop Filler Ram Air Inlets, Pair These are the forward hood scoop inserts for your Trans Am hood. Nice reproductions but you may need to adjust depending on your particular hood. Whether it be an original GM or a reproduction hood, be prepared for some fit fun! On the back side where your tubes meet up, may also need some finesse file to make them fit extra awesome. Reproduction hood scoop inserts for 1969 Pontiac Trans Am models. Manufactured from fiberglass, these inserts fit into the two slots at the front of the Trans Am hood and secure to the hood with integrated mounting studs. Mounting hardware included. Important: Restoration Tip: When installing the hood scoop inserts, do not over-tighten the nuts which can cause damage. Made out of fiberglass just like factory units. Will work with steel or fiberglass version hoods. Sold as a matched pair only.
