Includes pre-installed rubber filler seal and mounting studs. 6 pre-installed studs that attach right to your main upper bumper bracket. This is hard plastic, measures about 1.5 inches wide and gets painted your body color. It has a 1/2 inch rubber filler pre-attached with screws to complete the gap.
