Description   1968 - 1971 Fuel Gas Vent Surge Reservoir Valve New fuel vent valve for your Firebird. This plastic valve mounts on the body or frame rail. One vapor line comes off of gas tank and goes to this valve. Valve gets filled with cotton to keep contaminants out of your fuel tank. Used on some GM models before they went to the vertical pipe system behind your back seat. Replaces original GM part number 403846 perfectly.
