Optional Deluxe Wood steering wheel for your 1967 Firebird models. Correct deep 3 spoke design with a wood finished outer rim just as original. We also offer a complete kit (part number STE-2017) which includes the wheel, mounting collar, and horn button cap if needed. The Steering Wheel is a POOR QUALITY reproduction. Currently this is the only reproduction available on the market. It's fine for a daily driver but not car show quality. *Please See Tech Specs Tab For Wood Wheel Info. PART NUMBER: STE-2018 From the factory GM never put a REAL wooden steering wheel in any Firebird. All original assembly line and all reproduction 3 spoke wheels like this STE-2018 wheel were made of plastic with a simulated woodgrain finish. They have a steel inner ring core with a plastic outer. This reproduction wheel is POOR QUALITY to what would have come in your car from 1967. The woodgrain wheel was an option and could be found in any 67 car; Base Model, 6 cylinder, 326, 350, HO, or 400 etc. Doesn't matter if you have Standard Interior or the optional Deluxe Interior.
