WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
-Firebird Central accepts Paypal and most major credit cards for international orders.
-For credit card payments you must enter the exact billing address as it appears on your billing statement from your credit card company.
WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
-Firebird Central has a daily warehouse pick up service with UPS. Most of our orders must ship via UPS due to the size limitations.
-Some small parts or very small orders may be able to ship with USPS. The shipping calculator will give you the correct options upon checkout.
WHY DO THE SHIPPING CHARGES SEEM HIGH FOR MY ORDER?
-Shipping charges for international orders are based on the weight and the dimensional measurements of the boxes. The shipping charges calculated while placing your order online are an approximation and are subject to change.
-Once your order is placed online and processed for shipment your invoice will be adjusted to the exact amount of the charge from UPS based on the weight and the dimensional measurements of all the shipping boxes. In most cases it will be significantly less and you will be refunded/credited back the difference. If the shipping charge is higher than your online quote then we will attempt to notify you by email.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
-Any item on your order that may be temporarily out of stock will delay international shipments until the order is completely fulfilled.
-All international orders have to ship in full with no back-orders due to the high costs of international shipping charges.
-Sometimes certain custom parts, colored interior parts, or hand made in the USA parts will have to be special ordered and may delay shipment up to 3 or 4 weeks.
-A tracking number will be provided and sent to your email address once your order is fulfilled and shipped out in transit.
WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTY FEES OR TAXES?
-Most international shipments will have additional duty fees in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary from country to country. They having nothing to do with Firebird Central and are completely out of our control.
-Refusal to pay any additional custom duty taxes or fees that may occur in your country will result in your order being returned to Firebird Central and all shipping charges and/or fees will not be refunded.
-UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Any fees that are charged for incorrect addresses and/or address corrections from UPS are the responsibility of the buyer.-For further questions or explanations regarding international custom or duties fees please contact UPS or USPS in your country.
