1982 - 2002 Firebird Stainless Steel Chambered Exhaust System Kit, GMMG
Designed and made in the USA, using high grade T-304 stainless steel. Vintage chambered design gives an unbelievable sound. Three inch intermediate into two true dual transverse chambered sections with 2-1/2" polished angled cut tips. Installs at all factory mounting locations. Includes mounting clamps and hardware. Wonderful deep sound with horsepower gain. The perfect exhaust package for your third or fourth gen V8 Firebird. This system features a 3" stainless steel intermediate pipe that split and go into 2 stainless chambered mufflers then it splits into dual 2-1/2" tips.
The 3rd and 4th Generation cars are really hot, fun to drive, and with power and handling you can't buy anywhere else for the money. But it was pretty quiet, even with tires spewing rubber and smoke. But with a mandated db level factory Trans AM and Formula models have rather quiet and somewhat restrictive cat back exhaust systems.
This is a true chambered system for 1982 - 2002 V8 Camaro & Firebird, similar to the legendary 1969 chambered systems. 3" I.D. Stainless Intermediate into true dual transverse chambered sections with dual 2 3/4" I.D. polished angle cut tips, one on each side as an American muscle car should be!
