New optional deluxe wood grain wheel for your bird. Exact fit for all 1967 Firebird models. This wheel features a deep 3 spoke design with a woodgrain finished outer rim just as original. Kit includes the wheel, mounting collar, horn contacts, and horn cap with center emblem. This 67 steering wheel kit does not come assembled. Great addition to your ride, excellent choice with that right touch of class! Add this rare option to your bird today! Everything except for the Steering Wheel itself is fine. The Steering Wheel is a POOR QUALITY reproduction. Currently this is the only reproduction available on the market. PART NUMBER: STE-2017 From the factory GM never put a REAL wooden steering wheel in any Firebird. All original assembly line and all reproduction 3 spoke wheels like this STE-2017 wheel were made of plastic with a simulated woodgrain finish. They have a steel inner ring core with a plastic outer. This reproduction wheel is POOR QUALITY to what would have come in your car from 1967. The woodgrain wheel was an option and could be found in any 67 car; Base Model, 6 cylinder, 326, 350, HO, or 400 etc. Doesn't matter if you have Standard Interior or the optional Deluxe Interior. This is the only wood reproduction on the market. Quality is driver at best.
